Mellow Life is more than just a clothing brand—it’s a movement for fun, creativity, and doing what you love. Based in Perth, Australia, we create art-driven streetwear (and soon accessories) that inspires creators and dreamers to break the mould and live their passions.

Our Story and Why It Matters?

"I’m sick of this s#!t, I wanna do something fun!” Said me (and loads of other people).

 

Since I was in my early teens, I’ve wanted to start a clothing brand. I’ve always loved art and design, and I dreamt of one day having my own designs on some tee shirts for everyone to enjoy.

Instead of pursuing a creative path in life, one thing has led to another and I’ve found myself working in construction… which I’m not passionate about at all.

Over the years I still kept coming back to art regularly and couldn’t let go of the idea that I needed to move towards something more creative, which I am absolutely passionate about!

After years of “how good would it be if” and “one day I’ll do it” I finally got around to starting that clothing brand I wanted so much as a teenager.

 

I realised that I wasn’t doing enough of what I enjoyed in life, and that there are plenty of other people out there in the same boat. I want a world where people are happy every day, because they’re doing things with their lives that make them happy, things they’re passionate about. I want that for myself, and I want that for everyone else out there. 

 

So I started this brand to move my life in a direction that makes me happy and excited, and so I could encourage as many people as possible to do the same. For now, I’m running this venture by myself, with a bit of help from my wife and some hindrance… I mean help, from my two young kids.

 

What Does “Mellow Life” Mean? 

Mellow Life is about breaking free from the grind and chasing what makes you happy. It’s a life of passion, creativity, and a life with no regrets. No greed, no hate, just good vibes, great experiences, and a community that supports self-expression.

 

Why Should You Care?

 

Because this isn’t just about clothes—it’s about a mindset.

The world would be a better place if more people were doing what they love. I want Mellow Life to grow into something bigger—where we can host or sponsor events, workshops, and experiences that help people find explore their passions, from art and music to surf, skate, and everything in between.

I also plan to regularly interview people who have turned their passions into a way of life, so their stories can inspire anyone thinking about making the leap.

At the end of the day, I started this because I love art, design, and creativity—and I want others to find what excites them too.
