Returns Policy

We want to make sure you love your fresh new Mellow Life goods. So if for some reason you don’t, we’re happy to help out.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and then issue you with a store credit.

We'll supply you with a prepaid postage label if, for some reason, the products weren't as described or were faulty. If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, postage will be at the buyers expense.

If you would like to return an item, please ensure we have it back within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and unused with tags still attached.
